    EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE PROGRAM

    CONTEXT

    Many migrant students face forms of discrimination, isolation, limited access to education, low school performance, low family resources, which causes stress and challenges in their daily life.

    PROJECT
    DESCRIPTION

    The Emotional Resilience Program provides training through play-based activities to migrant students aged 8-18 to better understand their emotions and learn mechanisms to cope with them. The program empowers migrant students to be mentally and physically prepared for their future. Teaching them how to grow through challenging situations, overcome setbacks and problems, and build up confidence.

    To help migrant students develop effective coping mechanisms for their emotions.

    To improve teachers’ knowledge and awareness about emotional well-being.

    To promote diversity, acceptance and inclusion among migrant students.
    Thanks to these courses, students learn to manage their emotions and reduce their daily stress, which favors their well-being.
